GoodReply is an AI voice system built for the small businesses the tech industry usually forgets. Restaurants, cafes, salons — the places where a missed call costs real money and the owner is also the host.

Enterprise voice AI platforms are expensive and designed for call centers. Consumer answering services are cheap but robotic. We're building something in the middle: human-feeling, affordable, and laser-focused on the jobs a small-business owner actually needs done.

We're based in the US and we answer our own phone calls.
