A small, independent restaurant we work with directly during launch. Pilots get custom prompt tuning, a direct line to the founders, and locked-in launch pricing as a thank-you for early feedback.
Do you charge per reservation or per call?
Final billing model is being finalized. The current direction is a flat monthly base plus a per-AI-minute rate — no per-cover fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. If GoodReply isn't the right fit, port your number back and we part friends.
